ST. ALi ‘12 Months of Coffee’ Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
Promoter
The promoter is ST. ALi. The promoter’s decision is final, subject to applicable law, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the giveaway.
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of ST. ALi, their immediate families, and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Giveaway Period
Entries open on Thursday, 8 October 2026 and close at 11:59 PM AEDT on Monday, 12 October 2026.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the giveaway entry form on the ST. ALi website by providing their requested personal details during the giveaway period.
Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Incomplete, fraudulent or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a 12-month supply of ST. ALi coffee, with the choice of either:
Whole Bean Coffee: A 12-month supply of ST. ALi whole bean coffee.
Coffee Concentrate: A 12-month supply of ST. ALi Coffee Concentrate.
The winner may select one (1) of the above prize options. The prize does not include both products.
The prize will be supplied over a 12-month period, with quantities and delivery frequency determined by ST. ALi and communicated to the winner.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Tuesday, 13 October 2026.
The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry and must respond within seven (7) days to accept the prize and confirm their preferred product.
If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, ST. ALi reserves the right to conduct a redraw, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Delivery of Prize
The prize will be delivered in batches throughout the 12-month prize period, at ST. ALi’s discretion.
ST. ALi will determine the delivery schedule, quantities per shipment and delivery method.
The winner must provide a valid Australian delivery address. Delivery is included at no additional cost to the winner.
Privacy
Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner and arrange prize fulfilment.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with ST. ALi’s Privacy Policy.
Where participants separately consent to receive marketing communications, they may unsubscribe at any time.
General
ST. ALi reserves the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these Terms & Conditions.
ST. ALi accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
If the giveaway is interfered with in any way or cannot be conducted as planned, ST. ALi reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws and any required regulatory approvals.
The prize is subject to product availability. Where necessary, ST. ALi may substitute a product of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any third-party platform on which it may be advertised.
The promotion is conducted solely by the Promoter. The Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC) is not affiliated with this promotion in any way.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
